The tenant has to meet the following conditions:
-no pets-no smoking cigarettes or cannabis, inside or outside the condo, whether for leisure or medical
reason.
no airbnb.
conditional on letter of employment or proof of income .
conditional on verification of tenant's credit report: equifax, transunion, or Oligny-Thibodeau at
the tenant's expense to the full satisfaction of landlord and consent to check payment habits with
previous landlords references.
once offer accepted, step to follow in -line:
the tenant must review the annex of lease and agrees to sign it with official lease.
the tenant agrees to give a deposit by e transfer to the landlord upon signing lease which covers
the first month of rent.
proof of tenant's insurance with two millions of liabilities for the whole term of the lease must
be provided upon signing lease.
confirmation letter of the Hydro Quebec account transferred upon signing lease.
the tenant is responsible for all moving in and moving out fees.
