Electricity and heating

A credit report is required and must be fully satisfactory to the landlord;
References and proof of employment are required;
A one-month deposit will be required upon lease signing and will be returned after inspection at the end of the lease;
Smoking is strictly prohibited (including electronic cigarettes, all types of cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) inside the unit and common areas;
Pets are not allowed;
Subletting is strictly forbidden (including Airbnb or other short-term rentals);
The TENANT will be responsible for paying any fines related to violations of the building regulations and the declaration of co-ownership.
