- Conditions -
1. The TENANT must provide the LANDLORD with proof of tenant insurance including $2,000,000 in civil liability coverage and shall maintain this insurance for the entire duration of the lease and any renewals.
2. A credit check is mandatory, at the TENANT's expense, along with proof of income and/or proof of employment. These documents must be satisfactory to the LANDLORD, failing which the LANDLORD reserves the right to refuse the application.
3. Pets are not permitted in the unit unless prior written authorization is obtained from the LANDLORD.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including tobacco, cannabis, or any similar products, as well as the use of vaporizers (e-cigarettes).
